How do I access Cisco Expert-Level Training for CCIE?

Access the Cisco Expert-Level Training portal at You will use the CCO ID used for the store purchase, but with the unique temporary password that was provided to you in an email at the time of purchase. Please refer to that email and change password after login. If you cannot locate the original email, please contact customer support at to obtain a copy of your login credentials.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can perform a password recovery yourself at Click on the Password Reset button and enter the username and email address associated with your account.  A temporary password will be emailed to the email address you entered. Change password after login.

How do I view protected content?

To view protected PDFs and video files, you need to install a Digital Rights Management (DRM) software and apply a DRM license. Detailed instructions are available in your Cisco Expert-Level Training portal under System-Profile-DRM FAQ page. Please note that viewing video files is limited to Windows platform at this time.

Why do I get an error when viewing protected content?

It is possible that DRM software was not installed correctly, or DRM licenses were not applied correctly. Troubleshooting tips are available in the Cisco Expert-Level Training portal under System-Profile- DRM FAQ page. Another possible reason is your Cisco Expert-Level Training products have expired.

How do I test lab access before taking the lab?

Please refer to the Remote Access Lab Guides documentation published in the Cisco Expert-Level Training portal under System-Profile-Downloads page. It includes test access instructions and system and software requirements for smooth lab experience.
