  • Cisco Employee Registrations

     
    All Cisco employees will register for training via the Education Management System.
  • Cisco Learning Credits

     

    Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs) can be purchased along with a hardware, software, or services order or as a stand-alone item in the same way that you purchase hardware, software, and other services today.

    CLCs can be redeemed on the Cisco Learning Network Store for eligible products at a rate of 1 CLC to $100 USD.

    Please note: You can apply CLCs as a payment method during the checkout process. Your Company’s Team Captain (a role assigned to the individual that can approve the use of CLCs) must approve the transaction before payment is considered confirmed.


    How to Redeem CLCs:

    • Make sure that the product in your cart is eligible for CLC redemption.
    • During the checkout process, check the “Use Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs)” checkbox in the Payment Method section.
    • Enter your Sales Order (SO) number that corresponds to the number required for your order
    • Once all information is entered, click the “Continue” button to proceed.
    • Complete the checkout process as normal

    You can find a list of the payment methods we accept in the shopping cart during the purchase process. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your payment information will be kept safe and secure.

     
    Q. Where can I find my invoice?

    A. You can find your invoice in the My Account page. Once you navigate to the My Account page, locate your order and click on the 'View Invoice' button. Invoice may take up to 4 hours from the time of purchase to appear on your order in the My Account page.

Should you decide to change your communication preferences at a later time, simply log in to Cisco.com and/or the Cisco Learning Network, go to your profile, and change your options.

    Cisco.com ID and Other Account Information
     

    In some cases, we may need you to provide identifying information to validate that you are entitled to purchase, receive, or use a particular product or application. In these cases, we may ask you for your Cisco.com ID or other identifier, such as a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) number.   • Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellation by Cisco
     

    Cisco reserves the right to cancel a class at any time including but not limited to a change in resource availability or low/no class enrollment. Upon cancellation of a class by Cisco, Learners will be provided with options to reschedule or be provided a full refund. Every effort is made to provide advanced notice on cancelled classes.

    Any class that is marked as Guaranteed to Run will not be cancelled.

     
    Cancellation by a Learner/Student
     

    If the class start date is more than 18 days away, Learners can reschedule any class or obtain a full refund regardless of payment method. If a Learner chooses to reschedule, the payment already received will be applied to the new class. If a cancellation request is made within 18 days of the class start date, no refund will be provided, regardless of payment method.

    To cancel registration, reschedule a Cisco class, or obtain a refund, contact the Class Support team by going here and opening a case with Class Support/Training. Cisco will require the name of the Learner and class registration details (Course Name, Class Start Date, Language, Time Zone, Payment Method).

    Since class access is specific to an individual, the individual who is registered in the class must be the individual that attends. To replace a Learner with another Learner, open a support case with our team by going here and opening a case with Class Support/Training.

     
    Rescheduling Policy
     

    All reschedule requests abide by the Cancellation policies noted above. Registration in the original class must be cancelled before registration in the new class occurs. Cisco Learning Credit Payment will be refunded for the original class before being processed for the new class.

     
    No-Show Policy
     

    If a student does not show to a class they are registered in, no refund will be provided.

  • Taxes and Importation Costs

    Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.

    The price indicated includes anticipated VAT that we will collect from you based on information you make available to us. The total price may change during the course of the shopping session depending on a number of factors. However, you will have the opportunity to review the final price we will charge before you submit your order. A national VAT rate will be applied on physical goods for customers based in EU countries.
     
    If you are based in the EU and are purchasing for a company registered for VAT, you may not have to pay VAT on your purchase.Please enter your VAT exemption number when prompted during the purchase process. To be prompted for a VAT exemption number, be sure to enter a Company Name when entering your billing information. When your VAT exemption number has been validated, your VAT will be automatically updated to zero, if applicable. In the event that your order does not qualify for VAT exemption, we will not be able to remove this charge from the order.

  • Training Policies

     

    Registration deadline: 3 business days prior to class start date

    Payment deadline: 2 business days prior to class start date

     

    Guaranteed to Run (GTR)

    Guaranteed to Run is a designation that means the class will not be cancelled. This designation can be noted on the Cisco Learning Locator.

     

    Recording a Live Training

    Per Cisco policy, recordings of our training sessions are not allowed.

  • Security Policies

    Cisco is highly concerned with protecting the security of our customers and their information, and in systems such as e-commerce that handle financial information, this is of highest importance.

    This site must follow many stringent security requirements as part of Cisco.com, with controls and practices including but not limited to:

    PCI compliance. We are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, subject to an annual review process.

    Secure communications. We use HTTPS 128-bit encryption and FTP secure socket layer (SSL) to secure communication to and from the store.

    Data storage. Our databases are physically and logically secured, using Oracle database solutions. We do not store your complete credit card account information, and PayPal transactions share only the PayPal transaction ID and address.
