• You can purchase one or more Safeguard Plus entitlements using a credit card or Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs).
• If you use CLCs, your Team Captain must approve your purchase.

• You will receive an email with your Safeguard voucher codes.
• To save them, access the codes from your email or My Account in Cisco U.
• If CLCs were used as the payment method, your email and code(s) will arrive only after the order is approved by your Team Captain.

• Go to the Cisco certification tracking system to schedule your exam.
• Enter the voucher code during checkout.
• You’ll be prompted to create a Cisco Certification Candidate profile before scheduling your first exam.
• To retake your exam, enter the same voucher code that you used for the original exam.

• Use the practice exam to answer practice questions until you are satisfied with your score report.
• You can access the practice exam from For You or My Account in Cisco U.
