Are there recommended training courses to prepare for the VIVND exam?
Two training courses are offered to help you prepare for VIVND exam 200-001. Both courses are optional but highly recommended.
Implementing Cisco Video Network Devices, Part 1 (VIVND1) v1.0 course is a three-day e-learning training course. Students can evaluate the general requirements for video deployments such as coding options, media formats, protocols, network impact, high-level architectural components and their interaction. It is available for purchase from the Cisco Learning Network Store.
Implementing Cisco Video Network Devices, Part 2 (VIVND2) v1.0, Is a 5-day instructor-led training. It describes Cisco business video solutions and enables students to implement and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications, Collaboration solutions, and Cisco TelePresence video endpoints in different Cisco business video solution architectures. How do I prepare for the VIVND exam 200-001?
There are a variety of ways to study for your exam. You can sign up for a class given by a Cisco certified learning partner. See the listings in the Global Learning Locator.
In addition, you can opt for self-study or a combination of self-study and instructor-led training. The Cisco Learning Network provides practice exam questions, lists of study materials, study groups and exam topics.
What Cisco Video certifications are available?
There are two certifications available. The CCNA Video certification is a job-role-based career certification valid for three years. It enables voice and network engineers to learn and validate key skills and extend their careers into video.
The Cisco Video Network Specialist certification is a job-role-based certification valid for two years. It validates your knowledge and skills for working in a networked video environment.
These certifications are for video professionals who design and install video solutions and are interested in Video over IP networks.
